Dimensions & Structure
Court size: Standard playing area is 20 m × 10 m (around 65 ft × 33 ft).
Height: Approximately 6 m including lighting arms, providing a full 360° view with no sight obstructions.
Frame: Hot‑dip galvanized or painted steel:
- Heavy-duty steel tubes, e.g., 100 × 150 × 3 mm vertical pillars.
- For other models: 100 × 100 × 3 mm or 80 × 80 × 4 mm structures, depending on
indoor/outdoor variant.
Advantages
Pillars are eliminated at corners, offering unobstructed 360° visibility for players and spectators.
Engineered for high wind resistance, some models tested up to 250 km/h.
Incorporates anti‑injury joints, neoprene mounts, and Power Shock structural silicone to enhance safety and durability.
Mesh & Glass Enclosure
Steel mesh: Welded mesh, typically 50 × 50 mm grid with 4 mm wire thickness.
Glass walls:
- 12 mm tempered safety glass, often sized at ~2 m × 3 m panels.
- Installed over 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibration and prevent breakage.
Turf
Recommended brand: Mondo or equivalent professional-grade turf.
Artificial turf: Premium quality, often textured filament or monofilament turf:
- Typical height: 10–12 mm.
- Example: STX / XNOVA monofilament, 10 mm high, 46,200 knots/m², weight ~2,208 g/m².
- Other models use turf with 12 mm height, Dtex ~13,600, filled with silica sand.
Lighting
LED floodlights:
- Typically 8 fixtures of 200 W each.
Example: One variant provides 300 lux illumination, 6500 K temperature.
Another offers 26,000 lumens per fixture, color rendering index (CRI) ~Ra 70, IP65 rating.
